On February 22, in the gym Leader Sport will host competitions in the bench press dedicated to the Day of Defender of the Fatherland. The beginning of the event is 15:00. Weighing participants 14: 00-14: 30 (will take place in a male locker room).
Each client of the Leader Sport club can take part.
Bear without rules! It is necessary to perform the maximum number of repetitions in the bench press. The technique of execution does not matter, the main thing is that the bar touches the chest and at the end of the approach the hands are completely straightened.
The winner is determined as follows: the number of repetitions is multiplied by the weight of the bar and is divided into his own weight of the participant. The result is a coefficient of execution. The higher your coefficient, the closer you are to victory.
