As part of the preparation for the 300th anniversary of the city, a comprehensive improvement of Komsomolsky Prospekt is carried out, which includes the repair of not only the road network, but also the facades of the houses. Last year, 6 facades were repaired, for another 14 work continues.

Komsomolsky Prospekt is a significant place for Permyakov. As part of preparation for the 300th anniversary of Perm, the city authorities are engaged in its comprehensive improvement. In addition to the overhaul of the street-road network, the improvement of Komsomolsky Prospekt also involves the renovation of facades of buildings and street lighting: a phased restoration of the historical appearance of public and residential buildings on Komsomolsky Prospekt, decoration of facades and architectural illumination of buildings. In total, in the center of Perm it is planned to carry out a major overhaul of the 71 facade of the building, 926.7 million rubles are provided for these purposes in the city budget.

The repair of facades started last year, then facades of 6 houses were repaired – on Komsomolsky Prospekt, 3, 10, 75, 85, 87, as well as on Krasnov Street, 28. In 14 more houses, repair was started, repairs this year The facades of these houses continues.

Construction forests have now been installed for construction and installation work on the overhaul of facades of apartment buildings No. 47, No. 55 and No. 58 on Komsomolsky Prospekt. Work on the facades of these houses is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.

In other houses, the renewal of the facades is at different stages-agreements for construction and installation works on major repairs are concluded in the houses. For example, these are houses No. 7, No. 8, No. 14, No. 17, No. 30, No. 31a, No. 40, No. 41, No. 44, No. 50, No. 63 on Komsomolsky Prospekt, No. 26 on Krasnov Street, No. 69 on the street on the street Lunacharsky, No. 78 on Pushkin Street and others. Design and estimate documentation for a house at 70 Komsomolsky Prospekt has been developed and undergoing an examination, and 3 more houses are at the stage of development of design estimates.

Recall that on Komsomolsky Prospekt from Lenin Street to Ekaterininskaya Street, the repair of sidewalks has already been completed on both sides and on the pedestrian alley. The work on the site from Lenin Street to Petropavlovskaya Street continues on the right side of Petropavlovskaya: they poured the base, proceed to laying tiles. On the left side of the street they plan a cable sewage device, and after filling the base they will also lay paving slabs. On the site from Lenin Street to Sovetskaya Street, the construction of a storm sewer has already been completed.In the future, a number of works will be performed on this site, including the repair of the coating of the carriageway, outdoor lighting, the device of lawns and others. Work on the site from Lenin Street towards Monastyrskaya Street is planned to be completed by the end of 2020. All work is carried out on schedule.
