– The equipment was purchased at the expense of subsidies from the federal budget to ensure the strengthening and development of the material and technical base of cultural houses in settlements with the number of residents of up to 50 thousand people, said Igor Guskov, First Deputy Governor of the Rostov Region. – 800 thousand rubles were allocated for these purposes, 700 thousand of them – federal money.

In addition, in the framework of the Governor's project, we will make together in 2020 in the Pervomaisky rural house of culture, an initiative project was implemented in the amount of 1.5 million rubles, of which 1.4 million rubles. – From the regional budget. As a result of the implementation of the project, chairs were acquired and installed in the auditorium and lobby. Soft and modern seats adorned the auditorium, which made the spectators comfortable.

In total, in 2021, 32 cultural and leisure institutions from 21 municipalities of the region received a subsidy of 57.3 million rubles for strengthening and developing the material and technical base, including 49.5 million rubles from the federal budget.

Subsidies allow rural PM to improving the quality of the provision of services to the population, to create comfortable conditions for cultural events.
