Right readiness mode in the Tver region due to coronavirus: the residents of the region are sent fake information about patrols in shopping centers and schools

On March 26, in social networks and chats of messengers, residents of the Tver region sent reports that from March 25 to April 12, daily patrols are held at shopping centers, the identification of children and adolescents during preventive measures. At the same time, violators were threatened with a fine.

The message spread through parental chats.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Tver region denied this information, saying that the information is inaccurate. Police also recalled responsibility for the dissemination of knowingly false information, which pose a threat to public order and safety.

Law enforcement officers urge citizens to show vigilance and focus on official sources of information.
