The IFSS World Cup stage took place on January 22-23, 2022 near the city of Madona in Latvia.
Our country was represented by 3 athletes. Congratulations to the team on a worthy performance at the beginning of the winter competitive season!

Alla Naidenko, sled-sprint 4 dogs – 2nd place.
Alexey Burashov, sled-sprint 4 dogs – 3rd place.
Anna Glazunova, sled-sprint 4 dogs – 4th place (general standings) and 1st place (CEC).

38 participants from different countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Russia, Poland.

We would like to thank Pavel Otbetkin, First Vice-President of the Federation, for the work done in organizing the departure of the team, and trainers Tatyana Burashova and Andrey Naidenko for accompanying the team.

There is still a lot of work and important starts ahead.
Already in February, the IFSS World Cup in Russia Russian North and the Russian Championship will take place.

– control the behavior of their dogs while on the territory of the event;
– stop any manifestation of aggression by animals;
– not to allow the appearance of free-range dogs in the start and finish areas, as well as on the track during the competition;
– monitor the integrity of the soil and lawns at the location, stop the attempts of dogs to dig in time, eliminate traces of damage to the soil.

The IFSS World Cup stage took place on September 10-12, 2021 near the city of Carnikava in Latvia.
Our country was represented by 10 athletes. Congratulations to the team on a worthy performance at the start of the 2021-2022 competitive season!

Anna Lupanova, scooter 1 female dog – 1 place.

We thank for the work done to organize the departure of the team of the first vice-president of the Federation, Pavel Otbetkin, and for supporting the team-coach, Andrei Naydenko.

There are still a lot of work and important starts ahead.
Already this week, from September 17 to September 20, the IFSS World Cup in Russia will be held, and in early October – in Latvia.

The Russian Drive Sports Federation invites you to take part in the new competition format, the Nordic Rush in the city of Kirovsk, the Murmansk region!
The mass start in the discipline of the Nart 2 dogs, a race with a single start-sled 4 dogs, and a completely new format-a race for the outburst of the seizure (skier 1 dog). Athletes are waiting for a professional ski track of the Tirvas stadium, excitement and a monetary prize fund! Participation is free! Preliminary registration is required.

The first joint world championship IFSS and WSA in Sweden is canceled. The organizers hoped that the situation would change, but the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic around the world means that the event available to all comers is not possible.

Negotiations on future championships are ongoing, and the organizers will provide additional information about this until the end of the year.
