On November 6, 2020, with the support of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Moscow Region, the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services of the region and the regional association of apartment buildings for the first time launched the competition “My House. The best practice of managing apartment buildings in the Moscow region of 2020 ”, aimed at increasing loyalty to the activities of managing organizations.
The first two stages, including the submission of applications and the determination of the expert commission, which consists of the organizers of the event, the best practices of managing all presented, are already behind. 16 management companies were elected, among which there are Solnechnogorskaya.
So, LLC ZhEK PASCH LLC was released to the final of the competition. The practice presented by the organization concerned work on adjusting and improving the quality of the hot water supply system, reconstruction of the drainage sanitation system, and the modernization of fire alarm.
“In the choice of organizations put forward to the vote, the commission relied not only on the practices and the implementation of the functionality, which is often not included in their duties under the management agreement. Of such criteria as the level of fulfillment of daily duties, the lack of debts, the degree of openness in communicating with residents, the speed of reaction to their appeals and other characteristics of current activities, ”said the head of the regional supervisory authority, Olga Fedina.
In particular, according to the results of the rating of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Moscow Region, for 2018-2019, the ZhEK POSKA LLC highly assessed the effectiveness of the activity – four stars. In addition, the management company is the winner in competitions-examinations for the best renovated entrance of the district, the winner of the Moscow Regional Condition “Best Address of the Moscow Region”, is actively involved in the program for repairing the entrances of apartment buildings of the Moscow Region “My Address”: for the period since 2017 in the period in 2017 in The framework of the project was repaired 116 entrances.
Now the fate of the participants is completely in the hands of the direct consumers of their services – residents of the region. It was they, having voted until December 10 on the Portal Tireshezhezhekh.rf for the practice they liked, they will determine the three leaders who will receive letters of thanks and memorable prizes. There are several criteria of selection: this is the originality of the idea, its innovation, and the quality of execution, and initiative when attracting residents to its implementation.The counting of votes and summing up will take place before the end of the year.
According to the main state housing inspector of the region, the competition is designed to recall that in addition to the shortcomings and violations in the work of managing organizations, there is a set of positive practices, and there are more significantly more.
“Today, everyone has the opportunity to independently determine the most useful of them. It is on the basis of this choice that since 2021 it is planned to implement new standards in the system of work of management companies. And I am deeply convinced that no one can decide what they will be better than the inhabitants of the region, ”Olga Fedina emphasized.
