In accordance with paragraph 1 of part 10 of Article 23 of the Federal Law of July 31, 2020 N 248-FZ On State Control (Supervision) and Municipal Control in the Russian Federation (Sobraniye Zakonodatelstva Rossiyskoy Federatsii, 2020, N 31, Art. 5007) ; paragraph 1, subparagraph 5.2.18 of paragraph 5 of the Regulations on the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 28, 2018 N 885 (Sobraniye Zakonodatelstva Rossiyskoy Federatsii, 2018, N 32, Art. 5344), I order:
1. Approve the attached list of indicators of the risk of violation of mandatory requirements used in the implementation of federal state control (supervision) in the field of education.
2. This order comes into force on March 1, 2022.
