Yesterday, October 2, the XI World Boxing Championship among women in Ulan-Ude in a physical education and sports complex was solemnly opened. At the same time, a concert of fans and a live broadcast of the opening of the World Cup from the FSK were held on the Square of the Soviets.

Despite the cold weather, by seven o’clock in the evening, all those who are not indifferent to a significant sporting event began to approach the main square of the republic. In addition to the performances of the popular singers of Buryatia, the audience saw everything that happened at that time in the universal hall of the FSK. Before the start of the main action, the leading on the Square of the Soviets introduced the audience to the team from Russia, by the way, there are three athletes from Buryatia: Lyudmila Vorontsova, Natalya Shadrina and Kristina Tkacheva.

What is happening on the screens, the theatrical sketch and the exit of the participants on the stage were voiced by the commentator Yuri Dambaev. Several hundred artists participated in a magnificent sight that unfolded in the FSK.
